What is a personalised dot-to-dot book?
It's a connect-the-dots book made from your own photos. Each photo becomes two pages: a model page, where the finished drawing appears in colour, and an activity page, where the drawing's silhouette is replaced by numbered dots. Your child connects the dots in order, the silhouette appears, and they can then colour the drawing using the model as a guide.
How is it different from the colouring book or colour by number?
The starting point is the same, your photos transformed, but the game changes. The colouring book gives an outline page to fill freely. Colour by number guides the colours with a legend. Dot to dot adds a step before the colouring: the drawing only appears once the dots are connected. It's our most playful range, the one where the child reveals the memory themselves.
What age is it for?
As soon as a child recognises numbers and can follow them in order, around 4 or 5. Our pages have roughly 60 to 80 dots, split into one to four series in different colours: the family's outline, then a few key lines (an arm, a leg). Each series starts with an easy-to-spot star. It's also a sneaky little counting exercise.
How much does the dot-to-dot book cost?
As a printed and bound book, free delivery: £19.99 for 6 photos (12 pages), £34.99 for 12 photos (24 pages), £51.99 for 24 photos (48 pages). As a downloadable digital version: £5.99, £9.99, £16.99.
Is the book printed and bound?
Yes. It's a real bound book, printed on demand on paper that takes pencils and markers well, delivered to your door. The 6-photo format is saddle-stitched, the 12 and 24-photo formats have a hardback. Manufacturing is handled by our printing partner, as close as possible to the delivery address.
Can I try the digital version first?
Yes. The digital version is the same dot-to-dot book delivered as a PDF, ready to download right away, from £5.99. You see how your photos turn out without committing to the book, you keep the file, and you have 30 days to have it printed as a real bound book if you change your mind.

What if I don't like how a photo turns out?
Once your pages are generated, you have a window to swap, from your tracking space, the photos you're not happy with, with a new version on each try (2 swaps included on the 6-photo format, 4 on the 12, 8 on the 24). And before any printing, our team reviews every book to check the dots and numbers are legible.
